Governing law
THEBRG Enterprise is the headquarters company, registered and operating in Malaysia. All other matters are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Nothing on this website limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. Business clients contract on the contracting-out basis set out in clause 4 of our Terms of Service. Complaints can be raised with us at hello@nax.co.nz; privacy complaints may also be taken to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (0800 803 909) and consumer or fair-trading concerns to the Commerce Commission.
